The history starts with a quick jump in the early years of the 20th century. On the notes of a Ragtime and in the atmosphere of a party, both houses are light. On their front, in rhythm with the music, matches crack one after the other and light up. Light bulbs turn on, and big cigars light up releasing smoke puff. But the wind rises, paper lanterns from the party wobble, doors and windows of the house slam in an infernal beat. This madness takes us in a swirling flashback between dream and reality
